Shipping Policy

​Get Shh Done, LLC is committed to providing reliable pickup and shipping coordination services within defined size and weight guidelines to ensure efficiency, safety, and cost transparency.

 

1. Standard Shipping Eligibility

Get Shh Done, LLC will accept and ship items that meet the following standard size and weight limits:

  • Maximum Weight: 40 lbs per item

  • Maximum Dimensions:

    • Length: up to 36 inches

    • Width: up to 24 inches

    • Height: up to 24 inches

Items exceeding these limits are considered oversized or bulky.

2. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to research and confirm the weight and dimensions of purchased items prior to submitting a pickup request. Item descriptions, photos, and auction details should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

3. Exceeding Size & Weight Guidelines

If an item exceeds the standard shipping guidelines, Get Shh Done, LLC may, at its discretion, attempt to ship the item. In such cases, an additional convenience fee of up to $25 may apply. This fee is separate from carrier shipping charges and covers additional handling, coordination, and labor.

Approval to ship oversized or overweight items is not guaranteed and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Large, Bulky, or Freight Items

For items that are significantly larger, bulky, or require special handling, customers must contact Get Shh Done, LLC prior to finalizing the item purchase.

When applicable, Get Shh Done, LLC may coordinate:

  • Local pickup only

  • Customer-arranged freight

  • Customer pickup or drop-off

All costs associated with oversized, freight, or special handling items are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Holding for Pickup

Certain oversized or bulky items may be held for customer pickup only. Availability and holding terms must be confirmed in advance. Storage timeframes and fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to approval.

 

6. Packaging & Repackaging

Get Shh Done, LLC reserves the right to repackage items as necessary to ensure safe transport. Repackaging materials and labor may result in additional charges, which will be reflected in the final invoice.

7. Carrier Limitations & Delays

Shipping availability, rates, and transit times are subject to carrier limitations and conditions. Get Shh Done, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, refusals, or rate adjustments related to item size, weight, or destination.

8. Refusal of Service

Get Shh Done, LLC reserves the right to refuse pickup or shipping of any item that poses safety concerns, violates carrier restrictions, or exceeds operational capabilities.

9. Policy Acceptance

Submission of a pickup request, invoice approval, or payment constitutes acceptance of this Shipping & Size Policy in full.
